Looking for a place to crash during ECMC? We got you. From indoor spots to tent zones – we’re doing our best to keep you dry, fed and rested.
Housing for ECMC 2025 is low-budget, community-based, and true to the DIY spirit that defines messenger culture. We’re not offering hotel rooms – we’re offering places where you can roll out a sleeping mat, share stories, and wake up next to the people you’ll be racing (or partying) with.

Process and alternatives
If you selected housing during sign-up, we’ll contact you the week before the event to confirm your spot.
NOTE: Housing is assigned based on availability and order of registration AND payment. If you did not pay the ECMC yet, please hurry up!
We will communicate the housing address only with the people staying there.
If all housing options are full we will offer some alternatives or a refund.
The small housing fee we ask for doesn’t cover the real costs. We’re keeping it affordable for you, and any sponsoring and donations are very welcome!
These options are limited and depend on what’s available – but we’re working on expanding them to make sure as many riders as possible have somewhere to sleep, we’ll update you here.
If we can’t offer you one, we’ll help connect you with other riders or point you a list of affordable hostels and campings or other spaces hosted by locals and riders.
There will also be an info board at HQ and a Telegram group for last-minute offers and needs. Riders helping riders.
This isn’t luxury – it’s community. And we’ll do our best to make sure no one is left out in the rain.
Places for the housing are limited. Get your spot!
