1. Purpose

The European Cycle Messenger Championship (ECMC) believes our community should be truly open to everyone.

As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, age, caste, social class, job, bike and the type of cycling you like to do, among other identifying characteristics.

2. Awareness Team

To help achieve this, the ECMC 2025 will have during all the days of the ECMC a dedicated Awareness Team of organisers and volunteers that shall ensure compliance with this code of conduct.

The secondary goal of the Awareness Team will be to foster an awareness culture and encourage participants to recognise and strengthen their relationships with the wider community despite any differences.

If you see someone who is making an extra awareness effort to ensure our community is welcoming, friendly, and encourages all participants to contribute to the fullest extent, we want to know. You can nominate someone at the Registration Desk in our Headquarter.
